Benefits of TEA


As if it’s a great thing some will say my child wont take even tea also. Now a days it became a common saying. But if you come to know the benefits of tea water you will never say like this.
Those who drink tea daily, their muscles will be stronger.
Those who take black tea, they will not be attacked by  flu diseases easily.
Those who take tea 2 to 3 times a day will have 21% less chance to get heart problems.
Flouride content in tea will help gums  and teeth to be strong.
Flevonoides content will help heart to function properly.
L-Theanine content in the green tea and black tea will reduce strain on mind and keeps mind pleasant.
Anti oxidants present tea will prevent from cancers.
To so many allergies tea is a good tonic.
Tea will keep dehydration problem away.
Also green tea helps in reducing weight.Every women sees this point in what she takes wheather it reduces weight or not, in this way green tea is very good one in reducing cholestrol.
