Use of Nuts
In order to keep the weight in control take much of nuts like Cashew nut, Almonds, Pista, Walnuts, Raisins.
These contain the most protein, fiber, B-vitamins, calcium, minerals, and vitamin E for the least amount of saturated fat. It takes much time to digest, so we don’t feel hunger for long time and can take less amount of food. In case of potato chips or french-fries, they contains a content where it increases glucose in blood easily, as a result it exceeds insulin secretion leading to hunger.
In four years, at least once if you eat nuts 50gms and same amount of chips ,we lose 0.26kg of weight due to nuts and gain 0.26kg of weight due to chips.
Benefits of Sprouts
Sprouts are full of nutrition and the best source of a balanced food. In order to maintain good health, 80% of the food should be alkaline and 20% should be acidic, which should necessarily include raw food and sprouts in good quantity. Sprouts are best medicine for the body. All grains cannot be sprouted. Sunflower, pulses, kidney bean, gram, soybean, fenugreek, and wheat seeds can be sprouted.
They are helpful in complete purification of the body and also improves the disease fighting capacity of the body. Sprouts also increase the nutritional value of food. Sprouts are a great, cheap source of obtaining a concentration of vitamins, minerals and enzymes.
