Everybody knows to keep good health fruit juices, vegetable juice helps a lot. They provide lots of vitamins and iron. They show miracles on our health. In some cases they help in getting rid of so many diseases. Not only health it adds beauty also. They give natural glowness to our skin.
Many of them knows all these things. But some of them don’t know it will reduce weight also. Without taking calorie rich food, we can be energetic all through day by taking these juices which contains all the necessary vitamins and all. Now we can see about those five types of juices.
APPLE JUICE
Who wants to control weight, instead of eating any snacks, they can take apple. It will reduce hungryness. They contains lot of antioxidants to reduce weight and it also good for heart.
You should not take too much of juice, as the antioxidants in it will bind the iron and it won’t be absorbed into your blood stream. It harms to our body.
Pomegranate Juice
It acts as a good cleanser to liver and intestines, thus helps in reducing weight. What are the health benefits contained in red wine and green tea all those are present in this juice also. It contains a lot of iron which helps in improving our skin texture naturally.
Polyphenels present in this will help in heart problems. Anti oxidants present in it will fights against to heavy cholesterol. Pregnancy women should compulsorily take this fruit.
If you want to try a different juice with it. Take piece of pomegranate with sufficient amount of spinach or carrot or coriander juice. If you take these two,it can contain one vegetable also, which is very good.
Tomato Juice
Tomato is rich in Potassium, Magnesium, Zinc, Iodine, Copper, Fluoride, Vitamin-C,E,A, Lycopene, Organic acids. Lycopene will help controlling in blood pressure, blood cancer, Prostate cancer. It also reduces the risk of cardiovascular diseases.
Taking 200ml daily will reduce heart problems and clots in blood. It will make veins stronger.
It will help in reducing weight. It is very helpful for digestion, which contains anti oxidants and cholesterol free food. It makes us young looking, healthy and fitness.
Pineapple Juice
Most of women will be trying to reduce their fat in so many ways. To them Pine apple is good gift .It contains Bromelain enzyme, due to its natural anti-inflammatory and analgesic properties this enzyme is clinically proven to ease joint pain and discomfort. This enzyme improves digestive system. It is rich in vitamin-C.

It can be mixed with Carrot, Apple, Keera or any fruit or vegetable to add more flavor. Due to Oxalic acid in it , it should be taken only once or twice a week. For those who had stones in their kidney better avoid this juice.
