Working women had to face so many problems and challenges.In order to face these problems they had to prepare not only mentally but also physically.These problems reflect on personal life a lot.as a result it is leading to heart problems in most of women.
Vitamin-B enrich food should be taken in order to get rid of these problems and it helps in reducing mental depression.vitamin-B enriched food are beans,sprouts,banana,red gram,black pepper.Be sure your food contain these items daily.It makes to be healthy and active in daily activities.

Most of the womens face a problem.That is sleeplesness.Who sleeps soundly can have a good health.Researches have proved that drinking cherry juice helps one sleep an extra 25 minutes a night,and people consume it regularly can have an improved quality of sleep.They found that cherry juice increases levels of melatonin in the body,the harmone regulating sleep.so who had difficulty in sleeping can regularly take this juice.It is a key to good sound sleep.

Another problem we see is Weight.Every gal wants to be slim.If 1kg is increased,they feel as if  something had gone,Thatmuch care nowadays gals are worrying about weight.Some of the questions that arise frequently.
Taking green tea daily will reduce wait?
Ans:taking green tea alone doesnot reduces weight,But following some restrictions in diet along with taking green tea will surely reduce weight.Anti-Oxidants in green tea is very good for health.
Eating lite food will reduce weight?
Ans:If we observe who takes lite food will increase in weight rather than who takes more.Why because if we take sufficient food in the morning hours,our systems will work actively.So we can work more actively,as a result it burns more calories.
If we eat late nites,our weight will increase?
Ans:Whenever if we eat late,its not good for health.From the start of the day to end of sleep,every thing had to dane in one systematic way.We should eat before 2hrs we goto bed,its compulsory thing.As a part,we should not include oil food,masala food or spicy food in our diet,be sure to take food which is easily digestable in the night.Otherwise it will increase your weight.
